This is an amazing store that goes above and beyond for the community. I needed a havahart trap for a deeply injured feral cat in my yard. After calling 10+ stores, vets, and animal shelters that were either closed because of the pandemic or unable to assist they answered and helped me right away. In addition to lending me the trap, the owner and friendly staff gave me tips on how to care for the cat. I’m grateful they are here and for everything they do for us and our felines friends. They also give out free cat food on Thursday!
Like I said on Yelp - this is my new favorite store.
It’s immediately obvious when you enter that this place is very clean and organized, well-stocked but not overwhelming, and fun. I came to ask for food suggestions and Patrick helped me - he’s sincere, friendly, personable, caring, and patient. He gave my puppy lots of love and was the most helpful person I’ve come across with pet questions. It’s clear he is knowledgeable and he helped me choose a food that’s healthy and natural - my pup devoured the first bowl (Afterward I looked up studies on this food brand and it’s legit). Also I respect that the store’s laid out to ensure pets are happy too - my pup had a blast and chose her own cute toy shaped like an avocado. Thank you!
And I love that today is a their pet adoption event - (I saw an IG post from the Bay Ridge BID about it, which is why I came looking for this new store). This team truly cares about animal welfare!
